Mr. Alfuraih’s role as CFO includes overseeing the company’s Financial Strategy, Treasury, Corporate Finance, Investment, and Risk Management. He is an active board member in various companies, including Dhahran Valley Business Services Company and Doreming, and served as Vice Chairman at the Global Maritime Fund (GMF), contributing significantly to enhancing Saudi Arabia’s maritime finance ecosystem.

With over two decades of experience across finance, IT, and HR in sectors like oil and gas, maritime, and fintech, Mr. Alfuraih has led transformational projects such as securing multimillion-dollar cost optimizations, and launching strategic ventures in technology and investment. His previous roles at International Maritime Industries (IMI) and Saudi Aramco underline his expertise in treasury and financial governance. Notable achievements include establishing GMF, a groundbreaking ESG fund that oversubscribed fivefold and expanded GMF’s mandate to support the Saudi Maritime sector’s competitiveness globally.
