Abdulrahman AlMuaibid is a procurement and contracts expert with over 15 years of experience driving strategic sourcing, procurement transformation, and contract management across major government and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. As Head of Procurement and Contracts at Saudi Railway Company, he oversees infrastructure, operations, and corporate procurement functions, ensuring strict compliance with budget policies and government funding regulations.

He played a pivotal role in establishing the Saudi Center for International Strategic Partnerships (SCISP), leading procurement activities and the start-up of its procurement function.
