Adnan Rafique is an Executive Director, Certified Lead Trainer, and industry expert with over 20 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Business Continuity, Operational Excellence (including Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Kanban), Project Management Office, GRC, and Management Audits. He has successfully led projects in cross-cultural environments at organizations such as Maaden, King Saud University, Marcom, Hyoon, and with clients including NCB, IsDB, MOWE, NADEC, BSF, and HP.
Key highlights of his career include multiple awards from CIO200, BCMS certification across six industries, completion of 45 Lean Six Sigma Green Belt projects, and achieving $5 million in savings through Lean Six Sigma programs.
He is Fellow Chartered Accountant from India and CPA from US. He holds Bachelor’s degree in Applied Sciences from Coimbatore Institute of Technology, India. He is also trained in FX, Hedging & Derivatives by Euro Money London.
For his distinguished work, he has been awarded the prestigious Global CFO excellence award for Best Real Estate CFO (UAE) and Best Corporate Turnaround CFO (MiddleEast).
He is also a regular speaker in several Regional /Global financial and restructuring conferences.
