Having worked with three of the big four Audit firms in high level roles including responsibilities of Heading technical department, quality assurance roles and as audit partner.

Since 2018, Mohamed’s career journey expanded to include CFO level in one of the largest Groups in KSA and being Audit Committee Member and Board of Directors member for several companies.

Mohamed has been leading major projects including family business transformation, digital transformation, ERP implementation, Wealth preservation measures, Investment portfolio management, contemplating mergers and acquisition, restructuring, IPOs and IPO readiness and many other critical projects.
