Mohamed is a visionary finance, advisory C-Suite professional with extensive experience in different fields across the Middle East and other countries. He has enjoyed a rich career journey.

He has worked with three of the Big Four Audit firms in high-level roles, including heading the technical department, overseeing quality assurance roles, and serving as an audit partner.

Since 2018, Mohamed’s career journey has expanded to include CFO-level responsibilities at one of the largest Groups in KSA, as well as serving as a member of the Audit Committee and Board of Directors for several companies.

Mohamed has led major projects, including family business transformation, digital transformation, ERP implementation, wealth preservation strategies, investment portfolio management, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, IPOs and IPO readiness, and many other critical projects.
