Anis is an alumnus of the London Business School, an Executive Member of GENCFO, a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW-UK), a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA-UK), and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA-USA. He currently serves as CFO, Head of Shared Services, and Board Secretary for a Joint Venture owned by Saudi ARAMCO, InvestCorp, and MASIC.

Anis began his journey at KPMG Pakistan, where he worked for one year, before moving to EY Saudi Arabia, where he spent 9 years. During the last decade, Anis has gathered senior-level experience in several roles in Saudi Arabia, ultimately leading him to his current position as CFO of the Saudi ARAMCO-owned joint venture.

He has completed numerous executive education programs from prestigious institutions, including London Business School, IMD, Stanford University, Harvard Business School & the London School of Business and Finance LSBF. He is also a certified Non-Executive Director from the Non-Executive Directors’ Association (NEDA) in the UK & a member of the GCC Board Directors Institute (GCC BDI).

Anis has been recognized as CFO of the Year 2025, named one of the Top 50 CFOs in KSA, and acknowledged as a Global 200 Finance Power Leader. A thought leader in his field, he has spoken at multiple finance and digital transformation conferences and summits. He serves on several advisory boards, including as an Advisory Council Member at Harvard Business Review, a Customer Advisory Board Member at Finance Alliance, and an Ambassador for the Gartner Peer Community and Finance Alliance. Additionally, he is a Member of the Treasury Advisory Council at AFP MEA and an Executive Member of the GENCFO Community.
