Data Protection: By entering your details in the fields above and submitting your registration, providing that you are accepted onto the programme, you agree to allow Q N A International LLC to electronically send and publish your company profile and contact details in our conference packs, which will be shared with the sponsors/suppliers of the Congress you have chosen to attend.This is a condition of attendance. Further, your company name/logo may be used on the congress website/s, onsite branding for information purposes only.No contact information will be displayed on these websites.The data controller is Q N A International LLC. Q N A International LLC may use an individual delegate’s personal and/or company information for the purpose of sending to the individual delegate details of its services or those offered by its marketing partners or members of its group.Q N A International LLC may also disclose such personal information to its suppliers/sponsors of the congress.

Intellectual Property: The HR Tech Mena Summit concept/event belongs to Q N A International LLC and should not be replicated by the client. Title, copyright and any other proprietary and intellectual property right belongs to Q N A International LLC. The cooperation between the parties hereunder shall not result in the transfer of any proprietary and intellectual property right to such content, sponsorship, marketing material and ownership of the event/concept. The client confirms that they will not engage in organising a same/similar event on their own or in partnership with any other organisation.

Booking Conditions & Cancellation Policy: Q N A International reserves the right to decline your registration without reason. Acceptance of your registration will be confirmed in writing by email. In case of rejection of registration any fee paid will be refunded in full. As a participant you agree to undertake all activities organised by Q N A International including all appointment sessions, networking activities, evening functions and lunches for the HR Tech Mena Summit. The registration fee is non-refundable. We understand that sometimes you are unable to attend, in which case we will allow a substitute delegate for the same event (subject to the Q N A International’s protocol team’s approval). In case the nominated delegate is not approved by Q N A International Protocol team, the fee is not refundable.

Please let us know at least five working days before the congress in writing to confirm this. Cancellation of this agreement, regardless of circumstances, either prior/during the congress at any time will constitute your cancellation and you will be liable to pay 100% of the above fee. No exceptions will be made regardless of circumstances. It is advisable to purchase travel insurance against cancellation for unforeseen circumstances. Should the organiser cancel this event, the organiser will not be liable for any consequential damages incurred due to such cancellation. The organiser reserves the right to make alterations to the venue, dates, program, speakers and participants of the Event and/or to cancel the Event. In no circumstances shall Q N A International LLC bear liability for any damage or loss, which might occur to persons and/or properties during the Event, including specifically disturbances of possession and all commercial losses. Since our insurance does not cover the attendees, it is up to you to subscribe third-party liability insurance. Q N A International LLC is granted the right to use, for promotional purposes, any material recorded at the Event, whether in photographic, audio or audio-visual format, without time limitation and in any format. The attendees hereby give up any privacy right they might have due to their presence at the Event and accept not to enter into any legal proceedings against us arising from our use of such material.

Force Majeure: In case of force majeure or because of a fact due to a third party which cannot be attributable to Q N A International LLC, including but not limited to acts of God, fires, floods, pandemic, epidemic, windstorms, explosions, riots, natural disasters, wars, terrorist attacks, sabotage, strikes, shortages of labour or material, vendor failures, transportation embargoes or acts of any governmental or governmental agency, Q N A International LLC may at its discretion postpone or delay the event at the venue, conditions and modalities chosen by Q N A International LLC, and Q N A International LLC shall not be sued for liability.
